U.S. Coast Guard Navigation Rules and Regulations Handbook (COMDTINST M16672.2D): This handbook covers the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs) and other relevant navigation rules and regulations.
USCG Navigation Center: The USCG Navigation Center website (navcen.uscg.gov) provides valuable information on navigation, including links to various resources and publications.

Navigation Training Courses: Some maritime schools and training centers offer courses specifically designed to prepare candidates for USCG navigation-related exams. Consider enrolling in such courses to receive structured training and expert guidance.
Navigation Publications and Manuals: Check for other relevant navigation publications and manuals released by the USCG that may cover the material included in the exam.
Practice Exams: Look for practice exams or sample questions related to USCG Navigational Procedures. While they may not replicate the actual exam, they can still help you assess your knowledge and identify areas that require further study.
